Invite users to join your community

Root communities are invitation-only and you can only invite your friends. To add members, you'll need to send them an invitation. You'll need either the Invite Users or the Manage Invites permission to invite new members.

How to send a community invitation

Desktop

1. Open the community menu by selecting the overflow icon (three dots) on the community image.
2. Select Invite members.
3. Locate the friend you'd like to invite in the list.
4. Optionally, select Add role to automatically grant them community role(s) when they join.
5. Select Invite.

Mobile

1. Select the community name at the top of the Home screen.
2. Select Invite.
3. Locate the friend you'd like to invite in the list.
4. Select Invite.
